Rescue 1122, the Pakistan's prominent Government organization in emergency services is seeking the services of suitable candidates for different roles in order to perform duties for Highway Rescue Operations . Actually, This advertisement is made by rescue 1122 with the association and cooperation of SFERP. SFERP, a World Bank-funded project, has 16 satellite stations created to strengthen institution (Sindh Emergency Rescue Rescue-1122) as one of its key components to handle emergencies on major highways and motorways. The following personnel must be assigned at M9, N5, and N55 immediately in order to operationalize these satellite stations. Paramedics (PPS-05) or Emergency Medical Technician (PPS-04) in total 200, Drivers (PPS-01) in total 200. The accumulative Nos of the advertised vacant positions is 400which are supposed to be filled by recruiting those candidates who can meet the requirements prescribed in the job advertisement.

Medical Emergency Service

With support from the World Bank, two hundred and twenty-four (224) fully equipped, cutting-edge Rescue 1122 ambulances were purchased. In order to carry out the government's mandate of providing ambulatory services to the general people of Sindh Province, these ambulances have been formally turned over to the Health Department. The Central Command and Control of the Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue-1122), which is a division of the Rehabilitation Department of the Government of Sindh, is in charge of organizing and deploying ambulances throughout the province.

Fire Fighter Service

Responding to fires and other crises, such natural catastrophes or events involving dangerous materials, is the responsibility of our fire fighter service. Professionals with extensive training, firefighters are prepared to put out flames, rescue people from flaming buildings and other hazardous circumstances, and administer medical aid when necessary.

Water Rescue Service

Trained individuals with expertise in water rescue skills, including swimming, diving, and using rescue ropes, are available from us. Emergency scenarios involving boats, drownings, and natural disasters like storms or floods can all cause the need for water rescue services to be called upon. Water rescue services may participate in public education and outreach initiatives in addition to emergency response to further promote water safety and prevent accidents.

The goal of urban search and rescue (USAR) is to locate, rescue, and tend to victims who are injured or trapped in urban or suburban regions. These casualties are usually the consequence of natural catastrophes, building collapses, or other catastrophic incidents.

WHAT POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED BY APPLICANTS a) It is important to note that candidates should be physically and mentally fit as well as of the right character to handle and manage extremely difficult situations such as accidents, trauma emergencies, car or bus crash extrications, moving critically ill patients to nearby hospitals under medical supervision, building collapse, water and flood rescue, deep well rescue, height and fire building rescue and evacuations, airplane or train crashes, etc. Candidates must be able to supervise emergency rescue operations and manage the physical attributes and training required to save defenseless and vulnerable victims of crises and catastrophes. . b) Candidates will be chosen in the end once their training is successfully completed. The scheme will give the students a set honorarium during training based on cadre specifics. During any stage of the screening process, candidates who are dropped off will not be placed on hold; instead, those who are waiting will be contacted immediately. c) The procedure of physical and medical screening includes the following;

• No Age relaxation
  Medical Screening Note: Candidates having physical deformities or eyesight weaker than 6/18 or drivers
  (LTV/Car) having color blindness or BMI over 30 or having Hepatitis (B&C), HIV, RPR or STD are not suitable
  to work for emergency services. All tests shall be performed at designated hospitals and laboratories for which
  links shall be uploaded on SFERP & PTS websites after Written, Psychological & Physical screening tests.
• Candidates are required to send photocopies of their documents mentioned in checklist of application form
  as per criteria mentioned against each post.
• Candidates already in government services must apply through proper channel.
• No. of posts can be increased / decreased.
• Only completely filled applications fulfilling the complete criteria shall be accepted. All the documents
  are accepted provisionally and offer of appointment is subject to verification of documents, Police
  verification, Successful completion of training and clearance by the medical board constituted by SFERP.
• The applicant will have the physical fitness, psychological, aptitude and written tests, applicants will have at specified locations, as indicated on Roll No. slips that may be downloaded from the PTS testing service website in accordance with the timetable (which will be published later). For the test, the original CNIC and Roll No slips are required. It is not permitted for candidates to bring cell phones to the testing locations. It is not permitted to switch exam centers or categories. Any changes will be announced via the website or online portal of the PTS Testing Service.
• Candidate can apply against one post only.
• Candidates qualifying for written/ psychological/ aptitude/ physical/ skill tests shall only be eligible to participate in further recruitment process.
• At the time of interview candidates shall present original documents along with three sets of attested
  copies of all the relevant documents and six passport size pictures and also submit medical report issued
  by the designated Hospitals regarding their physical examination (height, weight, chest, eyesight and
  physical deformities and laboratory test for Hepatitis B&C, HIV and RPR at the time of physical test.
  Candidates have to justify their eligibility as per advertised criteria. The candidature/ selection/
  appointment shall be cancelled at any stage of recruitment or training and even after appointment, in case
  any information is found to be missing, false, or forged.
• No relaxation in age or qualification shall be provided to any individual.
